Iran is ready to restart nuclear discussions with Washington as long as it is approached with "respect" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has stated.

Iranian officials stated they felt they had achieved a "magic solution" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was decided an local partnership with American involvement could refine atomic fuel.
